Matter and energy are quite the same, you know.
One travels very fast and the other quite slow,
which is why it will often take a little time
for one to catch the other and to end the rhyme
that simple reasoning had led us to expect.
Of course, that’s really no excuse not to connect
the dots that in space turn out to be the stars
and galaxies--whole universes caught up in jars!
Sure, some will dismiss this as mere speculation.
I cannot help that, but by my calculation
I’m scheduled to open to what is best in me,
and live my life with an increased intensity.
